Gergely joined Alquity in 2018 from Erste Bank Hungary, where he spent four years as Chief Economist. He started his career at ING Bank in 2011, as a macroeconomic analyst. Gergely holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy in Global Markets (graduated with distinction) from the Central European University and a master’s degree in Economics (graduated with distinction) from the Corvinus University of Budapest.

Funke is an experienced private equity and real estate investor, at Actis since 2007, with a strong track record in key sectors  including real estate projects with GAV of >$550m in office, retail and hospitality sectors across Africa. Funke is leading the Actis’s real estate income fund strategy for Africa.

Prior to joining Actis, Funke gained six years private equity experience spanning origination, investment structuring and asset management at African Capital Alliance, a leading Nigerian private equity firm where she also helped to establish its real estate fund.

Funke started her career at Arthur Andersen (Now KPMG Professional Services), is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.

With prior her experience in assurance and business advisory, she brings rounded skills to add value at both strategic and operational levels to management and project teams to attain set business objectives.  She is also an experienced board director having served on various boards over the past two decades.  Funke is also a member of the Actis Macro Forum which is a global grouping that reviews macro trends in emerging economies.

Bonnie-Lyn is the Founder and CEO of The S Factor Co., a MacCormick Inc. company. She brings over two decades of Social Impact, International Business, Finance and Technology background to the leadership of MacCormick Inc. and The S Factor Co.

Bonnie Lyn has won several entrepreneurial and technology awards, led the creation of both firms, expanding globally and has worked across 57 countries, and has led the creation of several proprietary products including the MSPI™ and the S Factor™ Solutions.

Her company has developed and is bringing to market, a proprietary algorithm and index that measures corporate social impact against, international standards, public sentiment and financial performance. She is a widely acknowledged expert and much sought after speaker on social impact and risk issues.

A graduate from Saint Mary’s University, in International Development Studies (Development Economics) and International Politics, Marketing, Finance and Micro-computer Technology.

Laurie Fuller is a Venture Partner, Strategic Advisor, Investor and Executive Coach. She is an accomplished leader who enjoys helping entrepreneurs scale by identifying growth capital, developing strategy and implementing operational models. She is skilled in working with entrepreneurs to hire, train, and manage diverse teams to achieve high performance. Currently, Laurie is a Venture Partner at Raiven Capital. Raiven Capital is a Canada-Silicon Valley Series A venture fund that concentrates on investments just before scaling begins. In a previous role in a Silicon Valley tech company, she was responsible for the development and implementation of operational models which enabled global revenue growth from $1.2B to $6.2B during her tenure. Her international work experience includes positions based in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. She brings a global perspective and builds strong partnerships that transform businesses. She has a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU/LSE/HEC); MA from Stanford University; and a BS in Decision Science.
