CAASA CE-Accredited Education Series
CAASA is launching a new Monthly CE-Approved Webinar Series, offering members the opportunity to host educational sessions on our platform. These webinars will be open to our full community, marketed through our email list, and serve as a value-add for both members and delegates seeking professional development and CE credits.
Each session will be hosted on CAASA’s webinar infrastructure, with registration occurring on the CAASA website. Sessions must meet CE-approval standards and will include a post-event quiz to verify participant engagement and eligibility for credits.
This initiative provides participating members with visibility across the CAASA network and allows them to directly build relationships with interested attendees, while maintaining CAASA’s commitment to respecting data privacy and consent.
Process & Requirements

Members must propose a session topic that:

- Meets industry relevance and CE accreditation standards
- Delivers educational, non-promotional content
- Can be structured into a 40–50 minute presentation + Q&A
- CAASA will create a registration page on the CAASA website
- CAASA will send promotional emails to the full mailing list
- Members may also promote independently
3) Post-Webinar CE Process
4) No Contact List Sharing
- The host will display 3–5 CE questions at the end of the webinar
- Participants must email their answers directly to the presenting member
- By emailing the presenter, participants effectively “opt-in” to share their contact information
- The presenting member is fully responsible for:
- Verifying correct answers
- Issuing CE certificates
- Managing ongoing communications
- CAASA will not provide registered delegate lists.
All participants who email the presenter are self-opting into communication.
