Please join us for the Montreal edition of our special workshop focusing on what public relations is, how to build your brand, and how to prepare for and react to a crisis. This session is designed for new and veteran managers and service providers (as well as investors such as multi-family offices) who are interested in ‘second level branding’ and, as a bonus, how to handle Crisis PR (how to go from damage control to turning a crisis into an opportunity).

This workshop will breakdown the elements of public relations, offer some insight into how you can work with the media, and explore how to understand your audience and effectively communicate your brand.

You will also learn how to form a pre-crisis plan, how to respond to a crisis, learn from one and move forward, along with some additional tips on the factors to consider when issuing a response to a crisis and learn why ‘no comment’ is a comment.
