Mentorship Program

About The Program

The CAASA Mentorship Program is a volunteer led program that aims to connect emerging leaders with experience industry professionals across Canada. Mentees must be CAASA members that are looking to further develop their leadership skills and currently have 4-6 years of experience. Our mission is to provide members with a unique one-to-one mentorship experience in order to enhance professional and personal growth.

2019 Matching Committee

Application Requirements – Mentee

Be an emerging Leader in Finance (4-6 years experience).

Desire to advance in a managerial/management or greater responsibilities; or potential for a career transition to another financial sector in the short to medium term (eg. brokerage to asset management).

CAASA Membership is in good standing.

Submission of application including resume/cv, short essay, and a recommendation letter.
