7:45 AM – Shuttle Pick-Up (Toronto City Hall)
8:00 AM – Shuttle Pick-Up (Park & Ride – King Rd)
10:00 AM – Lift tickets can be picked up (Orchard Lodge)
10:00 AM – Lifts are open. Stay warm!
12:00 PM – Networking Lunch at the Orchard Lodge Cafe
1:45 PM – Group photo at the Orchard Lodge outdoor patio
2:00 PM – Giant Slalom Race
4:00 PM – Lifts close
4:00 PM. – Après-Ski
Should you wish to reserve a seat on the shuttle, please contact Alexis at alexis@caasa.ca, to be added on either the Toronto City Hall or Park & Ride (King Rd) departures.
