James Harkness is a Strategic Account Director for Juniper Square. His mandate is to help real asset investors drive efficiencies in their Investor Relations workflows via the Juniper Square platform of software and services. James has a focus on the Canadian and EMEA markets and a mandate to accelerate Juniper Square’s leadership position in the real assets industry.

Previously, James was the Executive Director at MSCI Real Estate. James was responsible for client coverage in Canada and the Mid-West of the US. In his role, James is responsible for growing the number of contributors into the MSCI Private Real Asset Indexes.

Before joining MSCI, James was a sales executive at StatPro, a provider of multi-asset class portfolio analytics and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry. James has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Queen’s University. James is a licensed as a professional engineer by Professional Engineers Ontario.

Craig Burrows

Mr. Burrows is Chief Executive Officer and Trustee of TVC Private Real Estate Trust (www.tvctrust.com) and Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director of TriView Capital Ltd. (www.triviewcapital.com). Founded in 2012, TriView has steadily grown and now has three areas of investment opportunities for retail, high net worth and institutional investors.

A private equity firm, TriView has deployed over $400 million into the private and alternative investment space since its inception. TriView has focused on an investment strategy that creates a truly diversified portfolio by offering private investments focused mainly on real estate to complement their clients’ overall portfolio of traditional stocks and bonds. Mr. Burrows also sits on TriView’s Investment Review Committee.

Mr. Burrows believes in strong corporate governance and obtained his ICD.D designation in 2007 from the Institute of Corporate Directors which specializes in Board of Director governance. Craig currently serves as a Board Member for the PCMA (Private Capital Markets Association of Canada) and as the Chair of PaySlate Corp. (Formerly “Rentmoola Payment Solutions”), a fintech company based in Vancouver that processes over $500 million annually in payment solutions for residential landlords and utility companies across North America.

Mr. Burrows served as a two-term Alderman for the City of Calgary from 2001–2007. He was a member of the Calgary Police Commission and Chair of the City Audit Committee responsible for oversight of the city’s multi-billion dollar budget.  For his public service, he received the Alberta Centennial Medal in 2005 for his outstanding service to the People and Province of Alberta from Premier Ralph Klein. He was also recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in Calgary in 2004.

Dave Lowery has worked in a variety of roles within the finance industry in a career spanning more than 20 years. Dave gained experience as a multi-asset portfolio manager for UHNW private clients, as well as insurance companies and pension funds. He also worked as an equity analyst on both the buy-side and sell-side, has managed real estate portfolios and has covered geographies around the world, often appearing on CNBC Squawk Box and Bloomberg TV. More recently, Dave has worked for HM Treasury in its Infrastructure UK division, led Asia Pacific and alternative real estate research at AXA IM – Real Assets and set up a Strategy Research function at NTT Global Data Centers, the world’s third largest data centre operator.

Joseph Celentano

Joe has 25+ years of capital markets experience focused on securitized and structured products in the fixed income and residential real estate markets. Joe’s career entailed managing a specialist fixed income sales team at Wells Fargo Securities. He was also a Managing Director and Senior Managing Director at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.  Joe is currently the Global Head of Markets for Unison Investment Management, where they are using technology, data science, and proprietary algorithms to build and manage owner-occupied residential real estate portfolios for institutional investors.
