Vikram joined Trez in 2013 and introduced Trez’ capital investment solutions to retail channels, including family offices and investment advisors.
With over 15 years of experience in the investment management industry, he was promoted to the role of Vice President, Retail Sales and National Accounts at Trez in 2016 and to Senior Vice President, Head of Retail Markets in 2020.
Prior to joining Trez, Vikram was Vice President of Client Relations at a boutique private wealth management firm serving and sourcing high net-worth clients. He started his career in sales with one of Canada’s largest independent mutual fund firms.
Vikram is a CFA charterholder and has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from York University. He lived in 11 countries prior to his immigration to Canada, and brings a global perspective to his leadership role at Trez Capital.

James Harkness is a Strategic Account Director for Juniper Square. His mandate is to help real asset investors drive efficiencies in their Investor Relations workflows via the Juniper Square platform of software and services. James has a focus on the Canadian and EMEA markets and a mandate to accelerate Juniper Square’s leadership position in the real assets industry.
Previously, James was the Executive Director at MSCI Real Estate. James was responsible for client coverage in Canada and the Mid-West of the US. In his role, James is responsible for growing the number of contributors into the MSCI Private Real Asset Indexes.
Before joining MSCI, James was a sales executive at StatPro, a provider of multi-asset class portfolio analytics and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry. James has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Queen’s University. James is a licensed as a professional engineer by Professional Engineers Ontario.

Peakhill Capital is a commercial real estate lender and equity provider to leading real estate developers and investors. Peakhill Capital was founded by Harley Gold, Partner and Managing Director. Harley brings extensive experience in financing on all asset types including multi-family, senior housing, retail, industrial, hospitality, and land development, and has closed in excess of $15 billion in loans over the past 15 years in Canada and the US. His client base includes developers, REITs, pension funds, and high net worth individuals. Harley’s focus has traditionally been on delivering strong returns with opportunistic investment strategies through utilizing competitive and flexible financing. Prior to founding Peakhill Capital, Harley was the Vice-President of Business Development at CMLS Financial. Harley graduated from the University of Toronto and holds an MBA from Canisius.
