Mark Tower is a Director of North American Business Development at Lyxor Asset Management Inc. (“Lyxor Inc.”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Société Générale Group. Mr. Tower joined Lyxor Inc. in December 2015. Prior to joining Lyxor Inc. Mr. Tower was an Institutional Sales & Business Development Consultant at UBP Asset Management from December 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Tower was Head of Institutional Marketing at Rock Maple Funds from 2009 through 2013. From 2004 to 2009, he was Vice President, Institutional Marketing at Muirfield Capital Management. Prior to that Mr. Tower handled Institutional Marketing at Refco Alternative Investments Group from 2002 to 2003. From 2000 to 2002 he was a Wholesaler at Ortbitex Financial Services Group. Mr. Tower has more than 15 years of experience with alternative investments, including hedge funds, fund-of-hedge funds, and liquid alternatives.
Mr. Tower serves as a board member for Friends of Firefighters and Badge of Honor Memorial Foundation, both non-profit organizations. Mr. Tower received a B.A. from Boston College.

Stacey’s securities law practice has a particular emphasis on the establishment of Canadian investment vehicles, such as trust and partnership pooled funds, hedge funds, retail mutual funds, REITs and mortgage investment entities. Stacey regularly advises clients on all aspects of the formation of such investment products, and on the legal and regulatory implications associated with the offering and distribution of securities of such entities in Canada. She drafts and amends offering documents and material agreements, and reviews and negotiates service provider contracts. Stacey advises investment dealers, portfolio managers and fund managers on routine and complex regulatory matters relating to the operation of their business, and has obtained exemptive relief from certain regulatory restrictions on behalf of her clients.

Tyler Chapman is Vice-President, Canadian Institutional and Key Accounts. Helping to drive the strategic direction of AGF’s Canadian institutional business, he delivers innovative, custom investment solutions to meet the needs of institutional and key account clients across a variety of channels. Tyler previously served as Vice-President, Strategic Solutions, working closely with AGF’s Head of Product to build and deliver investment products for distribution across all client channels. Prior to joining AGF, Tyler led BlackRock Canada’s National Accounts efforts, managing relationships at key distribution partners across Canada. He was responsible for the education, promotion and growth of the ETF business within full service, high-net-worth and private wealth channels. Tyler earned an MBA from Queen’s University and is a CFA® charterholder.
