With expertise in FinTech, financial market structure, trading, investing, and risk management, Mr. Ellison is a frequent public speaker at financial industry conferences, where he has presented his views on how financial firms need to innovate, adapt, and evolve in order to remain relevant and make financial markets more efficient and less risky. Mr. Ellison earned an MBA with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business along with an MS in Risk Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations and Series 7 and Series 63 security licenses.

Robb co-founded and is the co-owner and CEO of AgriRoots Capital Management Inc. Robb is a successful entrepreneur with over 35 years business experience growing start-up organizations in telecommunications, hospitality, finance, land development and housing construction.
Since 2001, Robb has been a practicing mortgage professional, founding principal, Broker of Record, and CEO of FamilyLending.ca Inc. where he has actively brokered private and institutional capital. Robb is a founding member with the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and has grown a reputation to be a leader in lending within the Agricultural Industry.
Robb studied at the University of New Brunswick where he obtained his degree in Business Administration. For the past 20 years, Robb has worked with local government and the Chamber to promote the local area. He is currently a voting member for Chatham Kent Plan 2035 Advisory Committee and is the Chair of the Connecting2CK.ca Private Enterprise Committee.

Cameron Stephens
Katie Bonar is the Vice President, Investment Management and Strategy at Cameron Stephens and joined the company in 2012. She raises capital for and manages Cameron Stephens’ mortgage funds, and leads various strategic initiatives to grow and diversify the business. Katie has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She also has her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
