Caroline is a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE), Les Mills RPM instructor, founder of Happy Health and is currently pursuing the R.H.N. designation. She aims to be your guide in navigating the often confusing wellness world and provides education, consulting and workshops through her brand, Happy Health.
Caroline is also Vice President and co-founder of the Canadian Association of Alternative Strategies & Assets (CAASA) and works closely with members to establish and grow the Association’s initiatives both within Canada and abroad. She serves a broad range of alternatives such as liquid alts, private lending, real estate and digital assets.
She is an Honours graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition as well as the University of Waterloo, holds a degree in Honours Economics with a Finance Specialization and has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
