Real estate is inextricably linked to mortgages and lending and many investors may confuse the two. As well, with so many types of real estate investments and structures and the same sort of complexity in the private lending camp, it is paramount that investors get familiar with these areas of investment – if not for its own sake as a destination for their dollars, then for an understanding of the effect that these realms have on other markets and capital flows.
Designed as a look at the landscape of real estate and private lending as well as to gain a deeper understanding of both areas and how they might be intertwined, we believe any investor can get a great deal from it.
