Mr. Gregory G. Romundt is the founder and President of the Asset Manager, the Property Manager, the Mortgage Manager, the Mortgage Servicer, Centurion Apartment REIT, Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust, and Centurion Financial Trust. He has been engaged in investment in residential real estate since 1997 and investments and financial markets since 1991. He has real estate investment experience in Singapore, Britain, Australia, China and Canada. From 1991 to 1997, he worked for Citibank in Toronto, New York and Singapore as a financial derivatives trader in interest rate derivatives, major and emerging currencies and exotic derivatives. From 1997 to 2001, he worked for AIG International Group in Hong Kong, Britain and Singapore as head of emerging market derivatives and then as Senior Vice President and Partner (Emerging Markets). He was the group risk manager, overseeing all of the firm’s positions in emerging markets. He graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with an HBA in 1991. Mr. Romundt was nominated for and was a finalist in the Ernst & Young 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year award. He was named CEO of the Year in 2015 by Canadian Apartment Magazine. He has previously served on the board of NEMA (National Exempt Market Association) and PCMA (Private Capital Markets Association).

Anthony has almost 30 years of experience in the investment industry with much of it spent in institutional equities at Merrill Lynch as well as the Canadian financial sector. He is a licensed portfolio manager, and has worked extensively with high net worth individuals. Anthony is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Institute, earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a CPA from the State of Illinois. Anthony is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House in Toronto, as well as Chair of the RMH Investment Committee. He sits as an Executive-in-Residence at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he oversees the student-run Student Investment Fund, working with students to guide and mentor them as they manage actual investment portfolios. Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Victor joined Northland Wealth in August 2012 as an Associate. He serves on the investment committee and participates in all aspects of managing a broad range of asset classes and strategies including: private equity, real estate, public equity, hedge funds and credit. Victor also supports Portfolio Managers with trading and research functions, and assists with special projects to improve efficiency and client reporting. Bringing knowledge well beyond his years, Victor has proved to be an asset in many facets of our firm. Armed with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, Victor is a CFA charterholder and has also obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
While at McMaster, Victor was the lead supervisor at the Allen H. Gould Trading Floor and Senior Trader with the McMaster Investment Club. Victor is an avid sports fan and his passion for philanthropy is highlighted as the Co-Founder of ‘Get Swabbed’, an annual bone-marrow drive held in Canadian Universities in partnership with Canadian Blood Services (CBS).

Claiborne Johnston is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and Head of North America Real Assets investor coverage responsible for real estate, private infrastructure and listed real asset securities. Claiborne re-joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 2016. He began his career with Morgan Stanley where he spent nearly 12 years focused on private equity capital markets, investment banking and investment management activities including the coverage of global capital sources for the firm’s investment banking and investment management services. Claiborne also had global responsibility for the supervision and coordination of the firm’s real estate activities with Wealth Management. Prior to re-joining the firm, Claiborne spent four years with Invesco Real Estate where he was a Managing Director and executive committee member responsible for a variety of strategic and business development activities. Claiborne received an MBA from Columbia University and BA from James Madison University. He currently is involved in a number of industry groups such as INREV, AFIRE, ULI, PREA and the Institute for Fiduciary Education.
