Martha Tredgett is a Managing Partner at Sera Global based in our Toronto office.

She leads Private Capital Advisory coverage within Canada and is responsible for advising general partners, operating companies and managers of real assets on capital formation, fund strategy including capital raising.

Martha has over 25 years of experience in the investment business combining equity capital markets, business development and investment banking. Prior to joining Sera Global, Martha worked with LGT Capital Partners, a provider of alternative investment solutions. Other roles include Managing Director of JP Morgan in Toronto (formerly Bear Stearns & Crane Capital), and earlier in her career as Director & Vice President in Institutional Equities at UBS and Credit Suisse First Boston respectively, in London, Paris & New York.

Martha earned a post-graduate degree in Business (D.B.S.) in 1990 from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from McGill University in 1989. She speaks English and French.

Martha is currently serving on the Investment Committee of the Royal Ontario Museum and the Investment Committee for the Canada Council for the Arts.

Jason Jogia

Mr. Jogia serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Avenue Living, as well as Chief Executive Officer of our Opportunity Trust. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate capital markets and has originated over $10 billion in real estate loans and $500 million in equity. Prior to Avenue Living, he led the management of a $1.5 billion real estate debt portfolio at a major Canadian bank. He has extensive experience in real estate investment analysis and capital structure on various real estate asset classes.

Mr. Jogia’s insight and expertise in creating structures to attract capital, accessing capital markets, and alternative investments has helped Avenue Living parlay a focus on investing in the everyday to surpass $2.5 billion in assets under management. As CIO, he takes his fiduciary responsibility to the stakeholders earnestly. His focus remains on creating cadences that safeguard our investors, allowing them to comfortably invest in overlooked markets.

Mr. Jogia serves an instructor at the University of Calgary specializing in Real Estate Finance. He also serves as a board member for the Calgary Public Library Foundation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. In 2020, Mr. Jogia was featured Avenue Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40” for his achievements in “transforming what real estate investment can look like.” An avid traveler, Mr. Jogia has visited over 38 countries and enjoys exploring different cultures and landscapes.

Jason leads the strategic direction for the firm and ensures each project, partnership and investment is structured for success.  Before founding HVPG, Jason founded and built Off Campus Partners (OCP), the nation’s largest online marketplace for off campus housing, which helps millions of students secure housing each year. OCP was acquired by CoStar in 2019.  In his career, Jason has successfully executed over $2.5B of investments on behalf of private investors and corporations. He also previously worked in mergers & acquisitions and corporate management. Jason holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a BS in finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he was honored with the Warwick Johnson Jr. award for academic achievement.
